For many years 'La Ville-Blanche' was a well known inn: this is where my grandmother and my mother ran a grocer's shop, a bar, a restaurant and sold newspapers. My father was both a pig merchant and a pork butcher. The local country folk would enjoy coming for a drink with friends or a game of cards at lunchtime. The restaurant would be filled with guests with its unique menu including beverages as my grandmother was a cordon-bleu cook. Two generations later, la Ville-Blanche has progressively changed and offers a world of delicacies in a warm family house setting.

In one of our dining rooms you can make the most of the atmosphere of this beautiful house, where you will savour an authentic, delicate and imaginative cuisine.

In our lounge taste a home-made cocktail, an aperitif or some Champagne with appetizers to start the meal. Coffee, verbena herbal tea, liqueur or Cognac XO with a Havana to end the evening.

In the Spring and Summer, you shouldn't leave without visiting the Herb Garden.

After the meal, Jean-Yves will gladly welcome you to the kitchen.
